"She chose us"

After recently loosing our dear "Furry Family Member", I knew our hearts were ready for a new dog. I started looking on the internet for what I thought might be the best fit for our family. I came across a face that I just knew I could love-"Brownie". I made the call to "Dogs 2nd Chance" and took the family to one of their adoption days. "Brownie " just warmed our hearts. My two kids pleaded, "Daddy can we take her home?" Well, that was it, our new Pet Kid.

She has been perfect from day one. She is completely house trained, plays with the kids outside, sleeps in her bed through the night, doesn't chew-up anything she's not supposed to, and is an excellent walker. I told my husband, "she must have had a session with the Dog Whisper."

We look forward to her living out happy days with our family. I believe that a dog chooses "you" , and the love of a rescued dog is like no other,.

Thank you Dogs 2nd Chance,

Happy Tails for Duke, previously known as Whisper

"Just an update. We LOVE Duke. He has the neatest personality. Our other dog is so amazing with him and they play every morning then sleep then play all afternoon. Its a good life. Thank you."

"He is hilarious; he has learned to scratch at the door to go out but this window is now adding some confusion. He keeps scratching at it. He will figure it out. He's the best."
